About Baltic Bar Academy

At the Baltic Bar Academy, we’re more than just a school; we’re a passionate community of bartenders, mixologists, and cocktail enthusiasts who share a common love for the craft of bartending. Our journey began with a simple idea – to create a space where individuals from all walks of life could come together to explore the art and science of mixology.

Our Philosophy

We believe that bartending is not just a profession; it’s an art form. It’s about creativity, precision, and the ability to transform simple ingredients into unforgettable experiences. With this philosophy at our core, we’ve set out to inspire and nurture the bartenders of tomorrow.

Community and Networking

Beyond education, we foster a sense of community among our students. We provide opportunities for networking, collaboration, and connection with fellow enthusiasts and industry professionals. It’s not just about what you learn in the classroom; it’s also about the relationships you build along the way.

Journey to Bartending Excellence Starts with US

Rudolfs

I have been working in the hospitality industry for almost a decade. I started my career in the beverage industry as a dishwasher and soon I was attached to the "syringe" in making cocktails. After that, my dedication to work and enthusiasm were appreciated by my employers and I was already appointed to the position of senior bartender, and I was able to create my own drink menus, events and contribute to the development of the business of the bar and myself.

With my passion and love for this fantastically beautiful culture, I have also traveled the world, participating in various competitions such as: Havana Club GrandPrix, where after winning the Latvian final, I went on to fight for the victory in the global final in Havana, Cuba.

Four Roses Mellow Mixing in the Baltic finals and won the opportunity to visit Kentucky Bourbon’s home in America, as well as taking part in the World Class bartending competitions for several years in a row, he won a place on the podium in the Baltic finals.

It is not only my experience in the cocktail industry that makes me recognizable, but also the high standards of hospitality, which are appreciated by everyday guests when they visit the bars, hospitality concepts and outings that I manage. I have also worked as a teacher at a bartending school, where I improved my knowledge and learned how to directly teach and inspire. Realizing how important the future and the next generation are in any industry, I threw myself into the creation of new bartending courses with great vigor.
I’ve always believed that your team is only as good as the worst member or your drink list is only as good as the least popular cocktail on it.

Cocktail making can be taught, but hospitality comes from the heart.

Wishing you cocktails, love and joy of life.
